Challenge

Performance management is one of the most challenging aspects of most supervisors’ jobs. It’s inherently uncomfortable; people often default to their instincts instead of best practices.

Solution

I developed a dialogue-driven interaction that provided a safe environment for supervisors to practice and experience the results of their decisions.
