Audience: All employees

Challenge

Most jobs in the agency require employees to manage multiple priorities and deliverables, remain organized, and keep up with the steady flow of emails with never-ending requests.

Solution

I created a six-week program delivered using an automated email sequence using ConvertKit. Learners received a weekly email with a link to a course in the agency LMS.

Each course was about ten minutes and included a worksheet. Learners were encouraged to implement the strategies during the week through email reminders.
