Client: Virginia Retirement System, Education and Training Department

Audience: Subject Matter Experts

Challenge

The department moved from using tracked changes in a Word document for SME reviews of eLearning courses to Articulate Review 360. While Review 360 is an intuitive tool, I noticed that SMEs weren’t using all of the features, making it more challenging for me to parse feedback and update the course accordingly.

Solution

I created a video walking them through the basic functionality and showed them how to use the application more effectively.
